How to Keep Yourself a Priority
Are you a priority in your own life? Does it seem like you are taking care of everyone else and everything else? Life can get very busy and if you’re not on your own priority list - your own needs can be forgotten. Here’s how to keep yourself a priority.
1. Brainstorm - create a list of what is important to you and what you need to do to remain a priority. Don’t forget the things that bring you happiness and fulfillment
2. Add them to your goals and revisit your goals regularly - print them out so you can see them, that they are top of mind and you are constantly reminded that you are a priority
3. Schedule them in the calendar - because what gets scheduled in the calendar is what gets done
