How to manage stress and burnout, both at work and in life generally, is one of the most requested topics by my clients. And so in this episode I want to tackle this head on.

According to a recent study, up to 80% of Americans have experienced stress at work. That means a majority of your co-workers, your friends and your peers are going through, or have been through, the same as you!

In this episode I’m going to share some techniques and questions you can ask yourself which you can use to help deal with the onset of burnout, such as:

1. What is actually causing my anxiety?

2. Who can help me?

3. What can I take off the calendar?

Remember that you are in control of your own life, so take a step back, do some breathing exercises and take action!
