This episode is all about body awareness – understanding your body’s pain points and knowing when to listen and pay attention to what it’s telling you.

It’s so important to understand how to spot the signs of stress, burnout, or other mental strains before they manifest physically. I know personally the affect that can have, and I even reveal an embarrassing story of my own.

1. Catch it early. Whatever is going on in your body that doesn’t feel quite right, pay attention to it.

2. Know your triggers. Be aware of what sets you off.

3. Take back your power. Don’t play the avoidance game.
