The power of positive thinking can go a long way, and that’s why affirmations are an important way to build confidence. They can give you a much needed lift, or they can sometimes help you get in the right mindset before an important meeting or presentation

I have been affirming my self worth in manifesting my through life since I was in my twenties, and in this episode I’m going to walk you through a couple of reasons how you can make affirmations work for you too.

Affirmation 1: Every day, in every way, I get stronger and stronger.

Affirmation 2 : I’m in charge.

Affirmation 3: I am in control.

Affirmation 4: I am grateful for…

Remember, nothing is too small or too silly to use an affirmation. They help you stay on the path to success, whatever that means to you.
