With the holidays in full swing, it’s easy to start feeling overwhelmed and stressed. You want
to make everything perfect and magical, especially if you have kids, but your boss may also
be piling on the pressure to beat the holiday rush.

Maybe you’re expected to put in overtime, or if you work for yourself you may just feel guilty
about taking any time off. Not to mention the inevitable holiday burnout after all the parties,
social events and family engagements.
