If you don’t take time to look after yourself, why do you expect anyone else to? And yet most
of us do not prioritize self-care as much as we should.

In this episode I am going to share some self-care practices I have given my clients over the
years which you can use, including:

  • Take a relaxing bath with candles & bubbly.
  • Make time to play with pets.
  • Switch off social media.
  • Read a book.


It’s not selfish to take time for ourselves, and by using the suggestions in this podcast you
